Please get in contact with me about your event information, ideas, interests and concerns, so we can talk about your needs and what will work best for you! My process of planning wedding photography involves a meet-up or call to talk about your day, then I will send a contract (and request deposit), questionnaire and timeline for you to fill out. I will check back in closer to the day to confirm details or make note of changes. ----- Payment: $325 (plus fees when applicable; such as 3.5% when paying by debit/credit) non-refundable deposit to reserve the date, which also applies to the first hour of photo coverage. Each additional hour of desired photo coverage is $325 per hour. The initial total will be calculated based on the estimate of needed photography coverage. If additional time is needed on the wedding day, the total due will be updated to reflect the additional hours. No payments will be taken during the wedding day. (You will have enough to focus on already...photo payments can come later!) This pricing includes photography coverage (with two photographers), editing time and talent, and the digital image galleries that allow full downloads (at no extra cost) with password access and protection. Payments may be made before and/or after the wedding date; however, at least half the initially calculated total must be received a week before the wedding date, and images will not be released until the total balance is received. ----- Final product (typical results): 45+ edited, print released, digital images PER HOUR of coverage for download (This is often 500+ images depending on the event and duration.) Delivery of product: Link to password-protected, online galleries are sent by email. Photos are released in multiple online galleries, as the images are ready for download. Disclaimer/Reschedule & Cancellation Information: Photography package prices are subject to change. However, your session price is secured upon reserving your day and time with your non-refundable deposit. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the session date and your deposit will move to your new session date. However, if you cancel and do not reschedule, you forfeit your deposit. If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to pay a new deposit to schedule a new appointment.
